Hot Springs Village is home to families, retirees, and singles. We are proud of the safety our resort community can offer. We have 5 secure entry gates (2 manned), our own Police force, Fire Department, and ambulance service.
We have a low $36 monthly property owner association fees for homes, townhomes and lots in Hot Springs Village. This falls well below other comparable resort communities around the country. Some of our homes have golf front, lake front, golf view, lake view and mountain view as well as natural lots and homes loaded with privacy and nature views, many on cul-de-sacs. Hot Springs Village also offers sixteen (16) townhouse courts around the Village, with 928 units controlled by the Hot Springs Village Townhouse Association. Three (3) townhouse courts are still controlled by Vacation Rentals.
